1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CutMatch AI ("we", "our", "us", "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Account Registration

To run scans and access your custom Barber Cards, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

3. AI Recommendations & Barber Disclaimer

CutMatch AI uses advanced computer vision artificial intelligence (including GPT-4o models) to analyze uploaded photos of your head (front, side, top, and back) and provide haircut recommendations, clipper specs, and styling suggestions.

4. Photo Uploads & User Content

You must upload photos of yourself to use the App's primary feature. By uploading these photos, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to transmit, process, and analyze your photos solely to provide you with the AI style diagnostics.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to upload these photos, and that they do not violate any laws or third-party rights. We reserve the right to ban accounts uploading inappropriate, illegal, or non-human photos.

5. Pricing, Refills & Subscriptions

We offer a Free Trial tier, individual scan Refill packages, and Premium subscription plans. Purchases are securely handled by our payment gateway, Stripe.

• Refills: Refill scans are added immediately to your account. Credits do not expire.
• Subscriptions: Premium subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
• Refunds: Due to the immediate computing costs associated with AI image generation and face mapping, all sales are final, and refunds are offered at our sole discretion.

6. Data Deletion

You have complete control over your photo scans. You can permanently delete your scans, generated style cards, and uploaded photos at any time directly from your user dashboard. Deleting your account will permanently purge all related records from our servers.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CutMatch AI, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App or your barber's execution of AI styling instructions.

8. Copyright Policy & DMCA Takedowns

We respect intellectual property rights. If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content or photo uploaded to our App infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") by providing our designated agent with the following information in writing:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed (such as the specific user account ID or scan record details).
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms.
